I thought I was doing everything right.
Eating clean. Staying active. Getting my steps in. But at 47, my body just... stopped responding. The weight sat there. The stiffness got worse. I woke up tired no matter how much I slept.
I kept thinking, is this just what getting older feels like?
I tried the gym. Too hard on my joints. I tried cutting calories. Lost energy, not weight. I tried walking more. Nothing moved.
Then a friend sent me Brooke Burke’s 28-day program. I was skeptical, I’d heard it all before. But Brooke is 52. She looks incredible. And more importantly? She moves like someone who’s figured something out.
The workouts were short. Almost embarrassingly short. But they were designed specifically for women our age, for our hormones, our joints, our metabolism.
Week one, I slept better.
Week two, the bloat started disappearing.
By day 28, I’d lost inches I hadn’t been able to touch in years. But more than that, I felt like myself again.
I think about all the years I spent fighting my body instead of working with it.
If you’re over 45 and feel like your body has stopped listening, it hasn’t. You just need a different approach.
Brooke’s quiz takes 2 minutes. It builds your personal 28-day plan around your body, right now.
This might be the thing that finally works. 👇Ver detalles →

I tried the gym. Too hard on my joints. I tried cutting calories. Lost energy, not weight. I tried walking more. Nothing moved.
Then a friend sent me Brooke Burke’s 28-day challenge: 5 Somatic Moves.
I was skeptical. I’d heard it all before, and I wasn't even sure what a "somatic challenge" was.
But Brooke is 54. She looks incredible. And more importantly? She moves like someone who’s figured something out. So, I tried it.
Just 5 daily moves. It felt very different. And they were designed specifically for women our age,for our hormones, our joints, and our metabolism.
It completely flipped my perspective. I realized that my body was holding onto every single pound for protection, and that this fat could only be released by addressing my nervous system and hormones with a Somatic approach.
The shift was wild.
